What is Grip FIX?
GRIP FIX™ — pallet adhesives
Our pallet security systems are based on GRIP FIX™ pallet adhesives.
GRIP FIX™ anti-slip agents are water-soluble, solvent-free adhesives for securing pallet loads. The pallet load can include PE bags, paper sacks, cartons, items packed in cellophane, PP woven bags, or small packages.
How does GRIP FIX™ work?
GRIP FIX™ is applied in small amounts to pallet loads before stacking. After a minimal drying time, the pallets become stable and remain so until they are unloaded.
What’s the secret?
High shear resistance and very low peel strength. The pallet doesn’t slip, and the packages can be easily separated. Generally, GRIP FIX™ leaves no residue after depalletizing.
How to use GRIP FIX™?
Using GRIP FIX™ is easy thanks to our quick-connect system. Whether supplied in a canister or drum, the container can be easily connected to the system with a quick connector. This creates a closed system that prevents dirt from entering the container, keeping the anti-slip agent uncontaminated and preventing it from drying out. Additionally, refilling is unnecessary.
Another advantage, depending on your needs: we supply our GRIP FIX™ in various container sizes, from 1 kg handheld bottles to 1,000 kg containers.
